Anne Katrine

I am an experienced executive coach, HR professional, and management consultant with 20 years of practice in global roles in the corporate world. I have extensive and personal insight into living leadership and driving change.

I firmly believe that by empowering business managers to lead development and change, they can achieve results that are sustainable for both the individual and the organization. I focus on the big picture and use my business experience to create significant results. My curiosity is my drive, and I continuously seek out opportunities to examine new perspectives and ways of thinking that lead to new ways of taking action.

Style

My foundation within the systemic and narrative approach drives me to always unravel the meaning behind stories. This means that our way of working together typically starts off with a challenge, a dilemma, or a wish that we can explore together and figure out ways to accomplish it.  I believe that most people have the knowledge and ability to make sensible decisions; therefore, my guidance focuses on exploring and recognising all the possible opportunities. I have much experience in supporting people in transitional moments of their lives, enabling them to learn lessons and become stronger and wiser. My clients typically highlight my emphatic, positive and calm presence as valuable in working with me, along with my observation skills and valuable reflections.

Qualifications

I hold a Master’s degree of Science in Psychology, with an emphasis in Social & Organizational Psychology. I am also a certified ‘Executive Coach’ from Henley Business School, Reading University. I teach a range of topics such as Organizational Change and Development, Coaching, Leadership Development, and the importance of leadership team cohesiveness and development. I work in English and Danish and speak conversational French.
